Subject: Supply for “Tirana Competition Prizes 3Rs Refuse –Reuse-Recycle 2024”
In the context of the partnership of the project “Capital Cities Collaborating on Common Challenges in Hazardous Waste Management – Yerevanm, Warsaw, Tirana” Reference: ENI/2019/412-943 Co-Financed By European Commision”, Municipaliy of Tirana has lunched the call for the tender mentioned above.
The complete tender dossier is attached to this call for tender. It includes:
- Instructions to tenderers;
- Contract notice;
- Draft Contract Agreement and Special Conditions with annexes:
- General Conditions for Supply contracts;
- Technical specification and technical offer;
- Budget (to be submitted by the tenderer as the Financial offer using the template provided)

All tenders must be submitted in one original, marked ‘original’.
Potential tenders are invited to submit their application in a sealed envelope indicating:
- the address for submitting tenders indicated above;
- the reference code of the tender procedure;
- the words ‘Not to be opened before the tender-opening session’ and equivalent phrase in Albanian “Mos te hapet perpara fazes se hapjes se ofertave te tenderit”;
- the name of the tender.
The envelope must be submitted at the following address given in the point 10 of the attached document named “Instructions to Tenders”:

The deadline for the submission of the applications is 22.04.2024 at 16:00 - Albanian time (UTC+1).
