This policy informs you how the Municipality of Tirana collects and uses the personal data of individuals, visitors, candidates participating in the process of recruiting future employees of the Municipality of Tirana, individuals who complain about the problems or the welfare of the services we provide etc., and where processing is carried out after the consent of the subject of personal data and / or in other cases provided by law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, "On Personal Data Protection", as amended.

b. collection for specific, clearly defined, legitimate purposes and processing in accordance with these purposes;
c. the adequacy of the data, which must be related to the purpose of processing and not to exceed that purpose;
d. keeping it in the form that allows the identification of data subjects for a time, but no more than is necessary for the purpose for which they are assembled
e. the accuracy that the data must have and, where necessary, be updated, taking any steps necessary to erase or correct inaccurate or incomplete data regarding the purpose for which they are collected.

The Municipality undertakes to protect and use the data in no case.

Right to complain
Any person who claims to have been violated the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of personal data has the right to complain or to notify the commissioner and to request his intervention to put in place the violated right. After this complaint, the data subject may appeal to the court, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legal framework.
