Calls for applications

    Application for support for cultural, artistic, sports, youth and tourism projects



•    Applicants for cultural-artistic, sports, youth and tourism projects can be: Legal entities such as: NGO-s (Non-Profit Organizations), Anonymous Companies; Ltd.s,  Physical  Persons and Individuals.

•    For support from the Municipality of Tirana, cultural-artistic, sports, youth projects can be applied at any time of the year.

•    Applications must arrive at least 1 (one) month before the date of the meeting of the Artistic-Cultural Council.

•    Holding the meetings of the Artistic-Cultural Council 2022:

Necessary documentation for application, registered in the Citizen Information Sector:

1. Request for support
To the Municipality of Tirana (General Directorate of City Promotion).

2.Application form (Download)  

3. Project proposal
Detailed description of the project designed according to the points defined in the application form.

4. Total estimates of the Project (Download)  
Detailed by voices and other donors.

5. Estimates for the Municipality of Tirana (Download)   
The items of this estimate are submitted to the Artistic-Cultural Council of the Municipality of Tirana, for approval.

6. Necessary documents
For NGOs / Foundations:
- Court Decision, Statute of the Association, Act of Establishment (These documents must be notarized)
Certificate from the Court that it is not in the process of bankruptcy or liquidation.

For Physical Persons / Ltd. Companies / Anonymous Companies:

- NIPT, Extract issued by the NBC, a certificate from the Court that is not in civil or criminal proceedings.
Certificate from the Court that it is not in the process of bankruptcy or liquidation.

For Individuals: - CV

7. Bank Account Number
The Bank account where the required funds will be deposited must be in Lek, issued by the Bank with the original signature and stamp.

8. Photocopy of the Passport / Identity Card of the applicant

9. Two recommendations
Issued by prominent personalities according to the field covered by the project. (If the applicant is an individual, three recommendations must be submitted)

10. Income statement
A statement where the applicant states that all funds of the Municipality of Tirana will go to the quality implementation of the project and there will be no personal benefit.

11. Proof of other project income
For general estimate items the applicant has received from other project funders (optional)

* All documents must be signed and stamped by the project manager. In case the applicant is an individual, they only need to be signed.
